The Magnolia Hotel in Omaha, known for its historic charm and exceptional guest service, is seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Manager. As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will support the Food & Beverage Director to oversee all aspects of assigned outlets (Olve & Ira’s; In-Room Dining; Banquet & Catering). Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).

Experience

• Minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in food and beverage management, with a focus on refined dining, banquets, and catering events in an upscale hotel environment.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proven track record of managing high-end dining and large-scale events.
• Exceptional financial acumen, with experience in budget management and cost control.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends, service techniques, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Certifications

• Food Safety Certification (such as ServSafe) and other industry-relevant certifications preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently carry, lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs; occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, stretch, and move intermittently throughout shifts.
• Exposure to indoor and outdoor environments with moderate to high noise levels.
