As ARLO Busser you will play a key support role in delivering an exceptional dining experience. Assist servers by promptly clearing and resetting tables with precision and attention to upscale dining standards.
Refill water, bread, and other table items as directed by servers.
Deliver and replenish service items (e.g., silverware, glassware, condiments) to tables and stations.
Support service staff with food running as needed, ensuring dishes are delivered accurately and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, dining room, and surrounding areas.
Monitor guest needs discreetly and communicate with servers to ensure seamless service.
Handle glassware, china, and silverware with care to maintain service standards.
Assist with side work, including polishing glassware and silverware, folding napkins, and preparing dining areas for service.
Uphold sanitation and safety procedures at all times.
Provide friendly, professional, and unobtrusive assistance to guests as needed.
Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred; upscale dining experience a plus.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Food Handler certification required (or ability to obtain upon hire).
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time (6+ hours).
Frequent lifting, carrying, and transporting of service items, trays, and supplies (up to 30 lbs).
Occasional lifting of heavier items (up to 50 lbs with assistance).
Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and move quickly while maintaining professional posture.
Manual dexterity for polishing and handling delicate service items.
Ability to safely navigate a fast-paced dining room while carrying trays or stacked items.
Clear vision and hearing to communicate with guests and team members in varied environments.
