• Welcome and engage guests with warm, upbeat service

• Guide guests through the Monkeybar menu (cocktails, brunch, pizzas, shareables, etc.) with confidence and recommendations

• Accurately take and enter orders into the POS system

• Deliver food and drinks with attention to detail and timeliness

• Support bar staff by running drinks, resetting tables, and keeping the floor flowing smoothly

• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude

• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards are always met

• Work collaboratively with bartenders, bussers, and kitchen team to create seamless service

• Previous serving experience in a high-volume bar, restaurant, or resort preferred

• Knowledge of craft cocktails and elevated casual dining a plus

• Strong multitasking skills in fast-paced environments

• Excellent communication and guest service abilities

• Must have RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certification

• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk for extended periods (6–8 hours per shift)

• Lift, carry, and balance trays and items up to 25 lbs

• Bend, stoop, reach, and move quickly in busy environments

• Work in indoor/outdoor spaces, including patios and fire pit lounge areas

• Maintain composure and high energy during peak service times and live events
