Overview

As a Reservations Agent for Town and Country Resort, you'll be the first voice and touchpoint for our guests—handling room reservations, inquiries, and special requests with precision, warmth, and professionalism. This role is essential to creating a seamless booking experience in our iconic 671-room resort with sprawling event spaces and a vibrant atmosphere that guests return to again and again. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to reservation inquiries via phone, email, or our online booking system

  • Provide guests with accurate information on rates, availability, packages, and resort amenities

  • Accurately enter reservation details, including guest preferences, payment details, and special requests, into the PMS system

  • Manage modifications, cancellations, and confirmations while maintaining high service standards

  • Collaborate closely with Front Desk, Housekeeping, Catering, and Sales teams to align guest expectations and reservation logistics

  • Uphold revenue goals through upselling, offering add-ons, and promoting resort packages and promotions

  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while handling reservation challenges and problem resolution

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service experience preferred

  • Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills

  • Attention to detail with the ability to operate reservation software and enter accurate data

  • Multitasking abilities and composure under pressure

  • Sales-oriented mindset with experience or interest in upselling services and amenities


Physical Requirements:

  • Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-hour shifts)

  • Perform repetitive motions such as typing, reaching, and handling reservation files or documents

  • Occasionally lift/carry items up to 25 lbs, such as binders, office supplies, or promotional materials

  • Ability to shift between sitting and standing as needed to manage front desk overflow or walk-in booking tasks
