Hourly Pay Rate: $32.25 (All new hires shall receive ninety percent (90%) of the applicable wage rate, but not less than the applicable minimum wage, during the first ninety (90) calendar days of employment) 

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Skim, vacuum, and brush pools to keep them crystal clear
  • Test and balance water chemistry (chlorine, pH, etc.)
  • Inspect and maintain pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters)
  • Report any issues or needed repairs
  • Keep accurate service logs
  • Ensure pool furniture is clean, organized, and in good condition

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have 1 year of pool maintenance experience
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification required
  • Basic mechanical or plumbing skills a plus
  • CPR Certification and First Aid Certification a plus
  • Must have the ability to manage time effectively
  • Must have the ability to problem solve
  • Must work with minimal supervision and manage a routine schedule
  • Be pro-active in approach to problem resolution
  • Hawaii driver’s license and an acceptable driving record required
