The Assistant Director of Banquets supports the Director of Banquets in overseeing the daily operations and execution of all banquet functions and group food service. This includes planning, organizing, coordinating, and supervising banquet activities to ensure the highest level of service, quality, and guest satisfaction. The Assistant Director serves as a key leader in training, scheduling, and coaching the banquet team and acts as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless execution of events.
Compensation:
Base Pay Start Rate: $105,000 - $120,000/Yr.
