We are seeking a Barista Bartender to join our opening team. This unique role combines the craft of a bartender with the artistry of a barista and the freshness of juice and smoothie preparation. The Barista Bartender will be responsible for creating elevated guest experiences through expertly prepared specialty coffees, smoothies, fresh juices, and standard cocktails. With a passion for both coffee culture and mixology, this team member will play a key role in delivering service that is polished, energetic, and memorable.
· Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages including espresso drinks, lattes, cappuccinos, cold brews, and seasonal coffee creations.
· Create fresh, health-focused smoothies and juices with consistent quality, presentation, and efficiency.
· Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
· Maintain full knowledge of cocktail recipes, coffee brewing methods, and juice/smoothie ingredients.
· Provide thoughtful, engaging, and professional service to guests while anticipating and responding to their needs.
· Ensure bar, coffee, and juice stations are properly stocked, organized, and sanitized throughout the shift.
· Follow all food safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations.
· Accurately handle guest orders, process transactions, and support beverage inventory management.
· Assist in setting up and breaking down all bar/beverage stations.
· Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service in high-volume periods.
· Stay current on beverage trends, contributing ideas for new menu items and seasonal offerings.
· Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol.
· Previous experience as a barista and/or bartender required; cross-training in both strongly preferred.
· Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, cocktail recipes, and fresh juice/smoothie production.
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills.
· Must have (or be willing to obtain within 30 days): TIPS Certification and a current Food Handler’s Card.
· High School Diploma or GED required.
