MRKT Supervisor – Town and Country Resort

Help our guests start their day with great service, delicious bites, and a smile! MRKT, our vibrant coffee shop and market, is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead our team and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience. Starting rate $21.00 per hour

• Supervise daily operations of MRKT, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction

• Lead, train, and motivate baristas and team members

• Assist with preparing and serving coffee, beverages, and food items as needed

• Manage inventory, ordering, and product presentation

• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health standards

• Support the Food & Beverage leadership team in achieving operational goals

• Previous supervisory experience in food & beverage, retail, or hospitality preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Guest-focused mindset with attention to detail
