Lead the bartending team at banquets and events. Prepare and serve alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic beverages in a variety of settings as part of the banquets and events team. Always maintaing Suncadia's established service standards and ensuring each banquet event goes above the client expectations.

• Lead the bartending team at events and banquets;
• Meet all established service standards; 
• Prepare all beverages served in the area of responsibility; 
• Maintain control of bar area, clientele, guest service, and atmosphere; 
• Maintain cleanliness of bar area; 
• Perform tasks necessary for opening and closing of the bar to the satisfaction of administration and within inventory needs; 
• Comply with all Washington State labor, health and safety regulations; 
• Comply with all Suncadia policies and procedures; 
• Secure payment for served product; 
• Maintain issued bank. 
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned. 

• Current Washington state food handler permit required
• Current Washington state liquor license required
• Bartending experience required, experience in banquet or catering setting preferred
• Knowledge of mixology
• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Ability to work well with others and function well in fast paced environment
• Able to communicate well with team members and customers
• Able to work flexible hours and days 
• Knowledge of food and beverage products 
• Knowledge of property-wide facilities and services 
• Possess excellent telephone and organizational skills
