Our Accounts Receivable team plays an important role in maintaining strong financial systems and delivering exceptional service to our guests and departments. The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for the accurate and timely disbursement of group and miscellaneous billings, as well as issuing monthly statements and posting for membership/owner accounts. The Accounts Receivable Clerk is also responsible for professionally corresponding to past guests in regards to billing challenges and posting payments, as well as issuing all gift certificates/cards.
They will always conduct themselves in manner which supports the Core Values of Sunriver Resort: Trust, Open & Honest Communication, and Commitment. They shall strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times. The Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for exemplifying the Sunriver Resort Culture as well as promoting Sunriver Resort as both the Destination and Employer of Choice!
