The primary responsibility of the Maintenance Runner is to ensure exceptional guest and homeowner services by completing scheduled work orders in a courteous, professional, and prompt manner. The role of Maintenance Runner is vital in upholding an efficient, dependable, safe, and conducive environment for our esteemed homeowners, valued guests, and respected team members.

• Hawaii State Driver's License and acceptable driving record required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous hospitality industry preferred
• Knowledge and skills in safe use of hand/power tools and other materials needed to perform maintenance tasks
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Professional and courteous demeanor
• Capable of managing work order system
• Attentive to details and guest concerns
• Ability to take & follow directions
• A pro-active approach to problem solving
• Able to prioritize and manage time well
• Work cohesively with team members
• Flexible schedule for 9am-5:30pm shifts
