If you're organized, personable, and passionate about hospitality, this is your chance to shine in one of Oregon’s most iconic resort destinations.The Sales Relations Coordinator works directly with the Group Sales team to assist in securing conferences & weddings for the resort. We are seeking an individual that has a strong aptitude for sales, client relations and details. Day to day will be assisting Sales Managers with connecting with incoming leads, creating compelling proposals, responding to online RFPs and supporting client relations. The Sales Relations Coordinator will be a pivotal role for improving efficiencies and organization to propel the success of the overall Group Sales Team.

 

The Sales Relations Coordinator shall strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times. They will be responsible for exemplifying the Sunriver Resort Culture as well as promoting Sunriver Resort as both the Destination and Employer of Choice!

Responsibilities

  • Create proposals and estimates for Sales Managers
  • Manage group functions and bookings in CRM
  • Assist Dir. Of Sales with monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Provides administrative support to Sales Managers
  • Answers and responds to incoming calls
  • Maintains strong knowledge of Sales Managers schedules and assists with travel planning and client meetings
  • Helps to assist in coordinating in-market client events
  • Welcomes incoming guests with courteous and professional attitude
  • Handles meeting planner/guests requests promptly and with high level of accuracy
  • Prepares sales correspondence, proposals, contracts and other written documents for sales managers as requested
  • Maintains a clean and organized work area
  • Maintains accurate files and records for Sales/Conventions department
  • Responsible for inventory control of resort related collateral
  • Maintains records for all VIPs, special requests, etc.
  • Maintains an up to date working knowledge of all resort amenities as well as any special events
  • Interacts with resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information
  • Acts with responsibility towards all company property, supplies and equipment
  • Maintains a professional appearance. Follows all Sunriver Resort dress code standards.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least one year in an office setting required
  • At least three years administrative experience preferred
  • Prior hospitality experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings or weekends
  • Must have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner
  • Must have a passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests
