We have an incredible opportunity for you to be part of our engineering team as a full-time Maintenance Technician III at Ka'anapali Ali'i located in Lahaina, Hawaii! Hourly Pay Rate: $31.02 (All new hires shall receive ninety percent (90%) of the applicable wage rate, but not less than the applicable minimum wage, during the first ninety (90) calendar days of employment)

Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the Maintenance Technician III is to ensure exceptional guest and homeowner services by effectively maintaining the machinery, equipment, and infrastructure within their designated scope. The role is vital in upholding an efficient, dependable, safe, and a conducive environment for our esteemed homeowners, valued guests, and respected team members. 

Qualifications

  • Valid Hawaii driver’s license and acceptable driving record required
  • Previous hospitality industry preferred
  • Knowledge and skills in the safe use of hand/power tools and other materials needed for maintenance tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Able to take and follow directions
  • Proactive approach to diagnosing and problem solving
  • Be able to effectively manage work orders within designated program/app
  • Work cohesively with team members
  • Ability to establish priorities with diverse timelines
  • High school diploma or GED
