Serve as the first point of contact for guests in the lobby, offering friendly, professional assistance at all times.
Manage guest communications through email, phone, and text to ensure timely responses and seamless coordination.
Direct and guide guests during large conferences and events—ensuring smooth arrival, navigation, and assistance for those not requiring check-in.
Partner with the Front Desk, Bell Services, and Event teams to anticipate and manage guest flow during peak times.
Maintain a polished and organized lobby environment, representing the Town and Country brand with enthusiasm and poise.
Provide accurate information about resort amenities, dining, events, and local attractions.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor concerns or escalate to management as appropriate.
Assist with special projects, VIP arrivals, and guest follow-up communications.
Previous experience in guest services, concierge, or front office operations in a resort or large hotel setting preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Confident using guest communication systems, email, and text platforms.
Positive, professional demeanor with a passion for hospitality.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
Frequently required to reach, bend, lift, and move objects up to 25 lbs.
Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays based on business needs.
