Are you a detail-oriented communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Sunriver Resort is seeking a Guest Service Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for guests over the phone. The Guest Services Coordinator is responsible for answering all incoming resort calls in a courteous and professional manner. S/he will refer calls to the appropriate parties. The Guest Services Coordinator will assist in maintaining the AAA Four Diamond standards.
The Guest Services Coordinator will always conduct themselves in manner which supports the Core Values of Sunriver Resort: Trust, Commitment, and Open and Honest Communication. They shall strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times and for exemplifying the Sunriver Resort Culture as well as promoting Sunriver Resort as both the Destination and Employer of Choice!
