Job Summary

The Part-Time Yoga Instructor leads yoga and wellness classes for guests, members, and private groups both onsite and offsite. Responsibilities include facilitating yoga sessions, teaching additional wellness modalities, supporting outdoor experiences, guiding classes in Snow Canyon State Park, performing studio setup and breakdown, and ensuring each guest receives a professional and restorative experience. This role requires the ability to instruct in varying environments while upholding Black Desert Resort luxury service standards.

Shift and Schedule Availability: Year-Round / Part Time
Pay Rate: $10 per hour base wage plus commissions and gratuities. Individual compensation varies based on class type, experience, and specialty programming.

• Report safety issues, equipment needs, or guest incidents promptly
• Perform other wellness and spa related duties as assigned

• Minimum 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) certification required
• Experience teaching yoga in both indoor and outdoor environments preferred
• Ability to lead multiple modalities such as meditation, restorative practices, stretching, or breathwork
• Strong guest engagement skills with a service-focused mindset
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Must possess a valid driver license with acceptable driving record for transporting equipment or guests to Snow Canyon
• Ability to adapt instruction to diverse skill levels and physical abilities
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused in changing outdoor conditions or guest environments
