Outbound Sedona

We’re looking for a connector, storyteller, and community builder to join our crew as Head of Culture & Experience. This is a role that blends curating unforgettable guest experiences with leading property-level marketing.

As the cultural ambassador for Outbound, you’ll:

  • Create and oversee on-property events, activations, and signature Outbound programming.
  • Build partnerships with local vendors, guides, and artisans to bring Sedona’s spirit to life and connect them to our experiential sales platform.
  • Manage marketing initiatives including website updates, email campaigns, social media collaborations, and local media/DMO partnerships.
  • Capture and share content that tells our story across digital and traditional channels.
  • Partner with CoralTree Hospitality’s brand team on larger campaigns while keeping a pulse on the local community.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–7 years in hospitality marketing, cultural programming, or event/experience management.
  • Creative, community-minded, and passionate about the outdoors.
  • Skilled in digital marketing, social media, and storytelling.
  • Organized, collaborative, and excited to wear many hats in a fast-paced environment.
