- Able to work flexible hours and days.

- Knowledge of pastry and baking products.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, food products, and food service equipment.
- Knowledge of HACCP, proper food handling techniques, temperatures, and food safety.
- Food Handler Card Required
- Previous experience maintaining professional and respectful work relationships.
