The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation while maintaining high-level rental program standards and building good rapport with homeowners, team members, and vendors.

Yearly Salary Range: $70,000 - $78,000

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and communicating all aspects of daily housekeeping execution.  This position handles most administrative aspects of the Housekeeping Department, including hiring.  The Housekeeping Manager ensures assignments are made in the most cost-effective manner and provides the highest quality housekeeping to Ka'anapali Ali'i homeowners and guests.

The Housekeeping Manager serves as a representative of CoralTree Hospitality, displaying courtesy, professionalism, and aloha to all team members, homeowners, guests, and vendors through positive action and attitude. The role is responsible for preparing daily assignments and projects for the Housekeeping Attendants, Housepersons, and Supervisors. Additionally, will develop, track and coordinate deep cleaning of residences and maintain logs. The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for performing in a safe and efficient manner while supporting the team to do the same.

• A minimum of 3-years housekeeping experience required
• Two to four years of previous management experience with a commitment to exceptional guest service and high-quality satisfaction required
• Experience in a luxury, four or five-diamond property strongly preferred
• A valid Hawaii Driver's License and acceptable driving record
• Ability to interact in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner with the executive team, homeowners, AOAO management, business partners and team members
• Management experience in a four or five-diamond property or luxury resort strongly preferred
• Must be willing to work flexible hours and days, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A high-level of skills in the areas of diplomacy, problem solving, and relationship building
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other operational systems is a must. (Previous experiencing utilizing Track and Breezeway would be ideal)
