Overview

We are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented Hospitality Creative Designer with photography experience to join our team. This position is ideal for someone passionate about visual storytelling, hospitality, and producing elevated guest-facing content. The ideal candidate can concept, design, shoot, and edit assets that bring our brand to life across digital and print channels.

 

About Everline Resort & Spa

Located in California’s Olympic Valley, Everline Resort & Spa provides a premier mountain getaway to North Lake Tahoe. The resort offers a year-round destination with ski-in/ski-out access to Palisades Tahoe, the third largest ski resort in North America, a championship golf, relaxing spa treatments and a wide range of recreational activities. Responsibilities

Creative Design (70%)

  • Design on-brand creative assets including website and social graphics, menus, flyers, signage, and property collateral and holiday campaigns.
  • Execute layout, typography, and design for both digital and print materials.
  • Support seasonal campaigns with cohesive creative across all channels.
  • Maintain and evolve the property’s visual identity within brand standards.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (F&B, Spa, Recreation, Sales, Events, Rooms) to fulfill design needs.

Photography & Videography (30%)

  • Capture good quality photography and short-form video of rooms, suites, dining, spa, recreation, events, lifestyle, and seasonal activations.
  • Shoot guest experiences in an authentic, engaging way aligned with brand standards.
  • Produce, edit, and deliver photo and video assets resized for web, social, email, paid media, and print.
  • Maintain a consistent visual style and ensure all assets adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Organize and manage the property’s digital asset library, including naming, tagging, and archiving.

Vendor & Partner Management

  • Manage external creative partners, including freelance photographers, printers, and production vendors.
  • Request quotes, negotiate pricing, and evaluate vendor performance to ensure quality and budget alignment with the support of our Sales & Marketing Coordinator.
  • Lead production timelines, approvals, and delivery of creative assets from outside partners.
  • Coordinate with agencies as needed for campaigns, shoots, and specialty projects.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in photography, design, or related creative roles (hospitality preferred).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating photography, videography, and design capability.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere or similar).
  • Experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting equipment, and professional editing workflows.
  • Strong understanding of composition, branding, color, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organization and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross-department collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or food photography.
  • Motion graphics or animation experience (a plus).
  • Familiarity with social media trends and best practices for vertical content.
  • Ability to direct talent, stage scenes, and create authentic moments.
  • Drone photography/video certification (optional).

Must be capable of answering phones and using a computer.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be exposed to indoor working environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually low.
