Hourly Pay Rate: $35.66 (All new hires shall receive ninety percent (90%) of the applicable wage rate, but not less than the applicable minimum wage, during the first ninety (90) calendar days of employment)

Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the Maintenance Technician II is to ensure exceptional guest and homeowner services by effectively maintaining the machinery, equipment, and infrastructure within their designated scope. The role is vital in upholding an efficient, dependable, safe, and conducive environment for our esteemed homeowners, valued guests, and respected team members.

Qualifications

  • Valid Hawaii Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
  • Minimum 2-year college degree or 6 years of experience in related field preferred
  • Strong mechanical ability
  • Able to take and follow directions as needed
  • Experience in areas such as building maintenance, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, refrigeration, air conditioning, masonry, painting, carpentry, and basic lock repairs
  • Proper skills in the safe use of tools and other materials required to perform maintenance tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage projects and establish priorities with diverse timelines and responsibilities
  • Significant experience in problem solving, investigation and research
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Proactive approach to problem solving
  • Ability to work cohesively with team members
