We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to fill our Area Director of Revenue Strategy. The successful candidate will lead and execute on all revenue strategies across multiple properties in Hawaii, driving long-term success through the optimization of channel management, distribution systems and pricing for a cluster of properties and their vacation rental units.

The salary range is $135 - $155K with a 30% bonus opportunity

The Area Director of Revenue Strategy will be a member of the Hawaii Executive Leadership Team. This person is responsible for the establishment and execution of a pricing strategy ensuring that we meet or exceed the revenue targets for each one of the properties in designated cluster. Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating this strategy to various stakeholders both internally and externally. This includes email communication and conference calls, to provide reporting and analysis of all aspects of the Revenue Management service including performance metrics, trends, forecasting, and the identification of growth opportunities. The Area Director of Revenue Strategy is responsible for the reservations and revenue teams in Hawaii.
