The Concierge team plays a critical role in creating personalized, seamless guest experiences from arrival through departure.

 

Job Summary

 

The Concierge Agent is responsible for delivering elevated, personalized service by assisting guests with reservations, activity planning, transportation coordination, and special requests. This role serves as a key ambassador of the resort, providing knowledgeable recommendations and proactive service to ensure each guest experience exceeds expectations. The Full-Time Concierge Agent supports consistent daily coverage and plays an active role in guest relationship building and service recovery.

 

Job Specifications

 

Onsite: Black Desert Resort
Shift & Schedule Availability: Year-Round / Full-Time
Pay Rate: $19 – $21.50/hr. This is the pay rate we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for guests, providing personalized recommendations and itinerary planning
  • Coordinate dining, spa, golf, transportation, and activity reservations
  • Assist with special occasions, VIP arrivals, and custom guest experiences
  • Communicate guest preferences and special requests to internal departments
  • Support pre-arrival planning and in-stay guest engagement
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating when appropriate
  • Maintain accurate guest notes and service details in resort systems
  • Stay informed on resort amenities, events, and local attractions
  • Support front desk and bell services during peak periods as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, or guest services
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of reservation systems and guest management platforms preferred
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Professional demeanor and service-oriented mindset
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
