Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and guest areas
Support servers and food runners with table maintenance, water service, and guest needs
Refill water glasses and assist with bread service or table enhancements as directed
Ensure proper table settings, linens, and alignment before and during service
Communicate effectively with the front-of-house team to support service flow and timing
Uphold all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards consistently
Previous restaurant or fine-dining experience preferred, but not required
Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining an immaculate dining room
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-standard service environment
Professional demeanor and a team-oriented mindset
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift trays, and move quickly and safely. Must be able to lift up to 50 Lbs repeatedly.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
