Job Summary

Ensures the kitchen and support areas operate smoothly by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and sanitation. Supports the culinary team by keeping tools, equipment, and workspaces properly maintained.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Wash, sort, and store china, glassware, silverware, and cookware to luxury standards.
• Set up dishwashing stations and ensure dish machines, sinks, and cleaning chemicals are
  used correctly.
• Keep floors dry and clean and maintain trash removal throughout the shift.
• Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries, stocking dry goods, and organizing storage
  areas.
• Support food prep tasks and other duties as assigned by the Chef or kitchen leadership.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and efficiency.
• Ability to work quickly and safely in a high-volume kitchen environment.

Compensation

• At $25.00/hourly
