This role is for someone who takes pride in their craft — someone who enjoys working the line, respects ingredients, and believes the details matter from prep to plating. Starting rate $23.35  #towncountrySD

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items with consistency, care, and attention to detail

• Work multiple stations on the line in a fast-paced restaurant environment

• Assist with daily prep and organization to keep the kitchen running smoothly

• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen organization

• Support fellow culinarians and contribute to a positive team culture

• Take pride in every plate that leaves the kitchen

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine love for cooking and hospitality

• Experience working on the line in a restaurant, hotel, or high-volume kitchen

• Strong work ethic and the ability to perform in a busy service environment

• Curiosity to learn and improve your culinary skills

• A team-first mindset and positive attitude
