Job Summary

Crafts high-quality beverages while delivering elevated, engaging service to members and guests in the clubhouse bar, lounge, and event spaces. Maintains efficiency and elegance during both relaxed aprèsgolf service and high-volume event periods.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare classic and contemporary cocktails to luxury presentation standards.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of wine, spirits, craft beer, and seasonal beverage
  features.
• Provide warm, conversational service while maintaining professionalism with members.
• Manage bar setup, inventory, prep (juices, garnishes, syrups), and cleanliness.
• Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible beverage service.
• Support banquet and tournament beverage operations.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
• Assist with beverage menu development and seasonal features as requested.

Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years bartending experience in upscale or high-volume environment.
• Strong mixology knowledge and attention to detail.
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a service team.
• Knowledge of POS systems and inventory controls preferrerd.

Compensation

• From $25.00-$28.00/hourly
