Overview

The Magnolia Hotel is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Full-Time Dishwasher to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen environment to support our culinary staff in delivering exceptional guest dining experiences.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans efficiently

  • Ensure all kitchen items are sanitized and stored according to health and safety standards

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing and kitchen areas

  • Assist with removal of trash and recycling from kitchen and restaurant areas

  • Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly

  • Support kitchen staff with basic cleaning and prep tasks as needed

  • Restock clean dishes and kitchen supplies in designated storage areas

  • Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures

  • Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management promptly

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred, but not required

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays


Physical Requirements

  • Continuous standing and walking

  • Frequent bending, lifting, and reaching

  • Exposure to heat, moisture, and cleaning chemicals
