Job Summary

Cornerstone Club is 4,800 acres of breath taking high-altitude terrain with 360 degree views of the surrounding peaks and alps of the West Elks, Cimarrons, and San Juans. The first tee sits at over 9,200 feet above sea level and sets the pace for an uncommon mountain golf experience. The golf course is not forced into steep side slopes or extreme uphill/downhill holes that plague most mountain golf course routings. Rather, the golf course was routed effortlessly on the existing terrain with a light touch on the land. Variety is really the strength of the Cornerstone golf experience. Golfers play through aspen forests and ravines, sagebrush meadows, and scrub oak savannah. Cornerstone Club is mountain golf re-imagined.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide bag, cart, and range services to members
• Transport and stage carts
• Pull bags from the bag room and stage appropriately
• Set up and maintain practice facility which would include hourly restocking and clean up of Short Game areas
• Maintain a high level of service in the staging area. This includes but is not limited to:

o Greeting players

o Loading and unloading bags on carts

o Providing towels before round

o Sweeping out private carts

o Washing windshields

oTransporting bags to the parking lot

o Maintain a clean and orderly bag room, staging area, cart facility, range facility, and practice facility

o Return and clean carts to the cart facility

o Breakdown practice facility

o Wash and return players' clubs to the bag storage room

o Pick range and wash practice balls

o Wash, dry, and fold towels

All responsibilities are done in accordance with the operations manual

Physicial Demands

• Driving golf carts, installing and driving the range picker, running the ball washer, power washer
• Exposed to extreme outdoor temperatures of hot and cold
• Being able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Stand for long periods of time

Compensation

• $23.00-$26.00/hourly
