The Busser will clear and reset tables as needed. They will support service staff with table maintenance issues, Bussers help to ensure guest satisfaction.  Much of our guests’ impressions are a direct result of busser performance.

They will always conduct themselves in manner which supports the Core Values of Sunriver Resort:Trust, Open & Honest Communication, and Commitment. He/She/They shall strive to deliver exceptional service to all internal and external guests at all times. In this role, they are responsible for exemplifying the Sunriver Resort Culture and actively supporting our Vision and Mission to be the destination of choice for our guests, owners, and associates.

• Clock in and check in with the manager-on-duty.
• Clear and reset tables to standards.
• Insure silverware is not spotted or fingerprinted and china and glassware is not chipped.
• Work carefully to avoid breakage and loss.
• Keep refillable beverages full. 
• Inform server of potential issues with guests.
• Stock/restock appropriate linens and station with appropriate glasses, plates, and saucers.
• Complete assigned side work. Side work is not optional and will be checked out by the manager-on-duty

• Ability to work well with others and function well in high customer impact situations.
• Able to communicate well with staff and customers.
• Able to work flexible hours and days.
• Current food handler permit required.
• Knowledge of food and beverage products.
• Knowledge of property-wide facilities and services.
• Must be able to stand in place and/or walk for up to 4 hours at a time;
• Must be able to personally lift up to 40 lbs. on a frequent basis;
• Must be able to occasionally lift over 40 lbs. with assistance;
