Overview

We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and guest-focused individual to join our team as a Full-Time Front Desk Agent at Mauna Lani Point located in Kamuela, Hawaii. Hourly Pay rate: $22.90

Responsibilities

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for the guest registration process and communication of property services. They establish positive, initial contact with our homeowners and guests to ensure their expectations are exceeded during the check-in and check-out process.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years prior experience in front desk functions at hotel/resort preferred
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills required
  • Computer literate and ability to be trained on operational systems
  • Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process with accuracy
  • Professional and polite phone etiquitte
  • Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail
  • Confidently able to work well with team members
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others
  • Ability to uphold resort policies and procedures to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests
  • Flexibility for scheduling needs
