Position Summary:

The Food Runner plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to members and guests of Cutalong. This position ensures accurate, timely, and professional delivery of food from the kitchen to the dining room, patio, and event spaces while maintaining the high service standards expected in a private club environment.

• Deliver food orders promptly and accurately from the kitchen to members and guests.
• Ensure plates are properly garnished, complete, and meet presentation standards before leaving the kitchen.
• Communicate clearly with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Describe dishes when delivering food and answer basic menu questions.
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations.
• Support banquet and special event service as required.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and club policies.
• Provide courteous, professional, and discreet service at all times.

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and during peak golf season.

Salary: $12 per hour (hourly)
