Position Summary:

Our food and beverage team at Cutalong at Tributer Resort is seeking a friendly, efficient, and customer-oriented Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver a high-quality dining experience by providing exceptional service, taking orders accurately, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit.

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
• Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure presentation meets restaurant standards
• Monitor guests' needs and respond promptly to requests
• Clear and reset tables between courses and after guests depart
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
• Process bills and handle payments accurately (cash, card, or other methods)
• Upsell additional products and special menu items when appropriate

• Prior experience as a server preferred but training will be provided
• Working knowledge of fine wine and spirits service is a plus
• Food Handlers certification required upon hiring
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and memory skills
• Basic math skills for handling payments
• Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods, and lift trays up to 25 lbs

Salary: $12 per hour (hourly)
