Overview

The Owner Experience Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining exceptional ownership experiences for Lodge and Trailhead condominium owners at Suncadia Resort. This role serves as the primary point of contact for homeowners and prospective buyers in the Lodge and Trailhead condominiums, building strong relationships and fostering an engaged community. The Owner Experience Manager works closely with the Director of Engineering, Director of Housekeeping, and other operational departments to ensure condominium owners experience the highest standards of service, property care, and communication. This position also leads various owner engagement initiatives including events, communications, and community-building activities that strengthen owner relationships with the resort and the Suncadia Property Management program.

 

This position is classified as an overtime eligible manager, the hourly salary range is $26.32 - $28.34.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for Lodge and Trailhead condominium owners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all owners within the condominium communities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for owner inquiries, concerns, and operational coordination.
  • Coordinate with the Director of Engineering and Director of Housekeeping to ensure condos meet operational and cleanliness standards.
  • Monitor owner feedback and ensure service concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Support operational coordination related to owner stays, property readiness, and maintenance needs.
  • Develop and execute owner engagement initiatives including community events, informational sessions, and owner appreciation activities.
  • Build relationships with prospective buyers and provide information about the ownership experience and property management program.
  • Collaborate with Real Estate partners to support prospective owner inquiries and program awareness.
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication to owners regarding resort updates, property management initiatives, and operational changes.
  • Coordinate owner-focused communications including newsletters, updates, and announcements.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership to the Owner Liaison including assignment of tasks, projects, and acting as a point of escalation as needed.
  • Support onboarding of new condominium owners entering the property management program.
  • Partner with resort departments to ensure a seamless experience for owners during visits.
  • Responsible for the overall management and communication regarding owner’s FF&E reserve accounts, ensuring that balances are accurate and meet required minimum contributions on an annual basis.
  • Communicate to owners on required FF&E expenditures and provide advanced notice on anticipated upgrades.
  • Work alongside Finance and the Owner Liaison in efforts to ensure A/R collections are up-to-date.
  • Support special projects and departmental initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in property management, hospitality operations, or vacation rental management
  • Experience managing luxury residential or vacation rental properties preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook. Ability to use technology and apps associated with position and housekeeping department
  • Experience planning events or community engagement initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of contract management and knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management, implementing best practices
  • Ability to delegate responsibilities effectively
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit
  • Valid Driver’s License Required
  • Required ability to work a flexible schedule that will include evenings, weekends, and holidays
