Responsibilities

  • Serve up tropical cocktails, cold brews, and tasty bites with a side of personality and flair.

  • Keep poolside areas spotless, organized, and always guest-ready.

  • Anticipate guest needs—because nobody should ever have to ask twice for that next round.

  • Work closely with the pool bar and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.

  • Maintain upbeat energy, even on the sunniest San Diego days.

  • Be a walking vibe—friendly, attentive, and fun-loving.

Qualifications

  • Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred (bonus points if it’s poolside).

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills—because great service is a team sport.

  • Ability to multitask under the sun and keep your cool (literally).

  • Must be 21+ and have or be willing to obtain a valid California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification.

  • Weekend and holiday availability—because that’s when the pool party really gets going.
