Manage group room blocks from contract to check-out, ensuring accuracy and efficiency every step of the way.
Coordinate closely with Sales, Front Office, and Revenue teams to align rooming lists, inventory, and special requests.
Review, enter, and update reservations with precision—because details matter here.
Communicate directly with clients and group organizers to confirm arrangements and answer questions.
Monitor pickup, adjust allocations, and flag discrepancies before they become problems.
Ensure billing instructions, VIP requests, and special accommodations are clearly documented and executed.
Keep systems and records organized, up-to-date, and audit-ready.
Prior experience in Group Rooms Reservations, hospitality, or hotel operations.
Previous experience working with reservation systems and hotel software, including Passkey and OPERA.
Flexible schedule; may require attending pre-con meetings, including occasional weekends.
Strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail.
Ability to juggle multiple groups and deadlines without missing a beat.
Excellent communication skills—clear, professional, and proactive.
A collaborative mindset and a knack for problem-solving on the fly.
