Job Summary:
As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional and memorable guest experiences. You will warmly welcome guests upon arrival, efficiently assist with check-in and check-out procedures, and ensure each guest feels valued and comfortable throughout their stay. You will also provide information on hotel services, amenities, and property offerings to enhance each guest’s stay.In addition, this role may periodically support guest transportation needs by driving the hotel’s shuttle transit vans, ensuring guests are transported safely, promptly, and courteously to and from designated local destinations.
