Supervises, trains, schedules, and evaluates Bell Persons, Door Persons, and Drivers ensuring that all procedures are performed to the hotel's standards. Performs the daily responsibilities of these positions and assists where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests/visitors.

• Greet all guest entering and leaving the Lodge at Suncadia;
• Assist guest with information when in front of the Lodge and in Main Lobby;
• Assist guests with Luggage storage;
• Valet cars with expert care and professionalism. Report any damage on all valet vehicles.
• Assist with check-ins & Bell/Valet Service calls when needed;
• Open passenger doors of incoming cars; and doors located in The Lodge
• Provide umbrellas to guest walking in & out of the Lodge when raining & snowing;
• Provide prompt and courteous service to all guests to ensure all experiences are distinctively supreme;
• Follow all Suncadia Resort policies while constantly striving to help the guests;
• Follow Suncadia Resort dress code;
• Complete shift check list and necessary reports
• Handle all guest belongings with utmost care to prevent breakage or loss. This includes, but is not limited to, guest luggage, valet keys, and personal effects.
• Keep Bell Storage area clean and free of all unnecessary items;
• Follow all safety procedures;
• Other duties as assigned.
