We’re looking for a Banquet Cook who can keep up with the pace, bring serious flavor, and maybe even have a little fun while doing it. If you thrive in a fast-moving kitchen where no two days (or menus) are the same, you’ll fit right in.

Town and Country Resort is a San Diego icon, known for blending mid-century charm with modern vibes—and our banquets are no exception. Whether it’s a 20-person VIP dinner or a 1,000-guest celebration, our culinary team delivers dishes that impress and execute with precision.

As a Banquet Cook, you’re a key player behind the scenes, making sure every plate that leaves the kitchen looks and tastes exactly how it should. Timing is everything, teamwork is non-negotiable, and yes—multitasking is basically your superpower. Pay rate: $21.35

Enjoy great team perks, including complimentary stays for you and your family, free daily lunch in our employee cafeteria, free parking, a 401(k) retirement plan, and more! For full-time team members, we also offer comprehensive Medical/Dental/Vision plans and employer-paid life insurance for added peace of mind.
