Magnolia Hotel Denver is seeking a strategic, results-driven Assistant Director of Sales (ADOS) to support the Complex Director of Sales & Marketing while driving Corporate and Citywide business development. This role is responsible for generating new revenue opportunities, growing market share, and building strong partnerships within key business segments while also supporting sales leadership, reporting, and office operations.
The ideal candidate is a strong seller with leadership potential who can balance direct revenue generation with team support and departmental strategy.

Compensation: $95,000–$105,000 plus incentive plan
