The Purchasing Department supports every area of resort operations through strategic procurement, inventory management, logistics coordination, and vendor partnerships.
Job Summary
The Procurement Specialist – Lead is responsible for supporting daily purchasing operations while serving as a lead resource for procurement, receiving, inventory control, and departmental logistics. This role coordinates purchasing activities, helps manage vendor relationships, oversees inventory processes, and supports the Director of Procurement in maintaining operational efficiency and cost controls.
The Procurement Specialist – Lead will assist in training team members, resolving procurement issues, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring resort departments receive the supplies and materials necessary to support exceptional guest experiences.
Due to the operational needs of the resort, this position is expected to work Saturdays as part of its regular schedule.

Shift & Schedule Availability: Year-Round / Full-Time
Schedule Requirement: Saturday availability is required as a regular part of the work schedule.
Pay Range: $23.00 – $25.30/hour. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
