The People Services (HR) Manager is responsible for supporting the resort's People Services strategy by driving talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, engagement, compliance, and team member development. This role partners closely with operational leaders to build a high-performing workforce while fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, accountability, and luxury hospitality. The People Services(HR) Manager serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and team members, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies while delivering an exceptional team member experience throughout the employment lifecycle.
