The prep cook will be responsible for the preparation of food for all outlets at the resort as well as assisting with the line as needed.

· Check daily production sheets and check with Chef or lead cook as to daily work need.

· Assist in any areas of the culinary operations as needed.

· Prepares food items according to specific standards using recipes provided.

· Timely execution of all meal functions.

· Complete all assignments requested.

· Maintain a high level of sanitation, safety and food quality.

· Maintain a superior level of professionalism.

· Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, management and staff.

· Must understand and comply with house policies and procedures, job description, chemical labels and other instructions.
