Position Summary
Grounded in our Purpose, to Serve from the Heart, the Crystal Peak Lodge Property Manager is responsible for bringing our purpose to life through the execution and delivery of the CoralTree brand values and brand experiences across all stakeholders: team members, guests, owners, and the Breckenridge community. The Property Manager is the on-site leader of this 45-unit ski-in/ski-out residential property at the base of Peak 7, accountable to the HOA Board for day-to-day operations, financial performance, owner relations, guest experience, and the physical condition of the building. Crystal Peak Lodge is CoralTree's launch point in Breckenridge, so this position carries an expansion mandate beyond the four walls of the building. This is a dynamic, forward-thinking role that thrives in both strategic planning and hands-on execution, balancing operational expertise, financial acumen, and a deep appreciation for the unique rhythm and expectations of a high-end mountain resort environment.
Relationships
To supervise, assist, direct and inspire the property team to maintain and ensure a high level of service and profitability. To coordinate and communicate regularly with the Area Managing Director, along with regional team members, other senior company executives, and the appointed representatives of the HOA Board of Directors. The Property Manager will have a tremendous amount of contact working with guests, owners, Board of Directors, team members, and various individuals and groups throughout the Breckenridge community.

The Property Manager must possess exceptional leadership skills in residential resort operations, guest service, and team member relations. He or she must be resourceful, highly self-motivated, possess a strong work ethic and sense of urgency, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and be able to guide and direct work teams, individuals, and operating departments to achieve financial objectives. The Property Manager must possess a track record of providing exceptional guest and owner service balanced with operational efficiency, and an entrepreneurial spirit suited to building CoralTree's presence in a new market.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000/annually, plus 10% potential annual incentive and commission program, based on experience.
