• ·Maintaining beach chairs and umbrellas, assisting guests with towels and beach amenities
• Ensuring cleanliness throughout the beach and pool areas
• anticipating guest needs with a warm and welcoming approach. 
• ·Guiding guests through all phases of their experience at Kaiya Beach House and exhibiting understanding of the resort amenities and local area.
• Cleaning of all equipment, tools, and supplies and maintaining equipment in good working order while following all procedures and policies set forth by the company, division, department, and County health department.
• Working as a team and effectively communicating with management, guest services and other team members to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by owners, members, guests and or other Associates.
• Always being thoughtful, showing enthusiasm, being humble, being thankful, and being respectful to all team members, owners, members, and guests.
• Flexible schedule – available to work morning, afternoon and evenings, weekdays and weekends as well as holidays.
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by management.
