We currently have an opportunity for a well-rounded and seasoned Bartender to join our ParOne Clubhouse opening team. We are seeking an experienced bartender who is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences through genuine hospitality, extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, beer, and craft cocktails, and an unwavering attention to detail. The ideal candidate is confident, engaging, and committed to continuous learning, understanding that every drink served should reflect the same level of care and precision as every dish leaving the kitchen.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the restaurant's wine list, spirits, beer selections, seasonal cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverage offerings.
  • Confidently recommend wine, cocktails, and beverage pairings based on guest preferences and menu selections.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality in every beverage served.
  • Engage guests with professionalism while providing knowledgeable and personalized recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar and service area throughout each shift.
  • Support dining room service by preparing beverages accurately and efficiently for servers and guests.
  • Verify legal drinking age and ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with all applicable laws and company policies.
  • Participate in menu tastings, beverage training, and ongoing product education.
  • Assist with inventory, stocking, and bar preparation as assigned.
  • Follow all company policies, health department regulations, sanitation standards, and workplace safety procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of bartending experience required; upscale or fine dining experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of wine, craft cocktails, and premium spirits.
  • Previous experience with craft cocktail preparation and elevated beverage programs.
  • Current alcohol service certification and food handler permit as required by state or local regulations.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive motions throughout a shift.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
