Position Summary

As a Front Desk Agent, you will play an integral role in creating distinct and authentic experiences for our guests. You will warmly and enthusiastically greet arriving guests, assisting them with check-in and check-out processes to ensure they feel comfortable and welcome. Additionally, you will provide information about hotel services and amenities, promoting the unique offerings of our property.

  • Welcome guests with enthusiasm and warmth, anticipating their needs and assisting with check-in and check-out processes.

  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, maintaining a personal and welcoming spirit, regardless of the time of day or workload.

  • Create memorable experiences through a warm personality and the ability to relate to both guests and associates.

  • Take the initiative to resolve guest complaints, fostering loyalty and satisfaction.

  • Share personal passions and knowledge of hotel services and amenities to help guests feel at home.

  • Collaborate with team members to communicate guest feedback and needs to staff and management.

  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to a demanding schedule, with varying workdays and hours.
  • Experience: Previous experience in providing service to others and assisting in creating authentic travel experiences is preferred.
  • People Person: A passion for serving others and creating exceptional guest experiences is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, including legible and grammatically correct writing.
  • Multi-tasking Ability: Capable of handling multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy and detail-oriented service.

Compensation & Benefits

  • The hourly wage for this position is $22.00/hourly.
