The Banquet Manager at Terranea Resort will supervise the overall operation of the Banquet Department (Group meals, Pantry/kiosk service, Bar service, and event décor/entertainment). In addition, this manager also serves in a direct report capacity for any off-site food or beverage activity, uniform control, and holiday and special event property décor.
