The Kitchen Steward contributes to an excellent guest experience through diligence towards cleanliness and hygiene. They are responsible for washing all tableware, pots, pans, and utensils. Stock areas with glassware and supplies and burnish all silver. Follow all appropriate policies and procedures while constantly striving to improve all standards of operation.
The Steward will always conduct him/herself in a professional manner with a demeanor that supports the purpose and values (supporting behaviors) at Suncadia and shall strive to provide exceptional service to both internal/external guests and team members at all times. S/he will be responsible for exemplifying the Suncadia Resort Culture as well as promoting Suncadia Resort as both the Destination and Employer of Choice!
