Overview

As an integral member of the Food & Beverage team, an In-Room Dining Team Member is the support to ensure all areas are maintained clean and organized while assisting in the delivery of IRD and amenities.�
In this position you would be providing service and assist in maintaining the appearance of the pool and surrounding areas.�

Responsibilities

  • Greet all guests promptly and in a friendly manner
  • Maintains a commitment to customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Guarantees the cleanliness and safety of the IRD equipment
  • Provides general hotel information for guests.�
  • Assist with guest in dining requests and�the delivery of daily resort amenities to the guest rooms
  • Attend to the pool-related needs including, but not limited to, retrieving fresh towels, relocating chairs and/or umbrellas.�
  • Arrange and clean pool furniture and umbrellas in a neat and visually appealing order, specific to the property procedures throughout all pool areas during each shift
  • Monitor the use equipment and facilities and report hazards immediately

Qualifications

  • Flexibility. This is a demanding business and we look for flexibility with work days and hours, our guests can be early risers or night owls and you must be too!
  • Experience. Previous experience passionately providing service to others and assisting them with cash transactions.
  • People Person. The best part of serving others is creating experiences for them that go beyond the expected.
  • Great communicator. Providing amazing experiences requires the ability to communicate fluently in English both verbally and through legible writing.
  • A qualified applicant is a �people person� who is flexible with their schedule, loves to serve others, and knows how to multi-task while ensuring accuracy.
